3.5 KYC Verification. jollybet may require KYC verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals, after a significant change in account activity, or as required by applicable regulations. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may be suspended pending verification.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jollybet login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number or email address. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify jollybet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. jollybet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
4.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your jollybet Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees and completion of KYC verification. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.
4.4 Account Suspension by jollybet. jollybet reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms, or regulatory requirement. In such cases, jollybet will notify the affected user and provide an opportunity to respond, except where immediate action is required to prevent harm or comply with legal obligations.
4.5 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. jollybet may apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month to inactive accounts after providing prior written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactivity period may be closed.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jollybet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards issued by Philippine banks are also accepted for deposits. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jollybet Account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. jollybet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the jollybet Cashier page and may be updated from time to time. jollybet reserves the right to impose transaction limits on individual accounts based on account history, verification status, or risk assessment.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds awarded by jollybet are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period are specified on each promotion page. Bets placed on games excluded from wagering requirement completion will not count toward the requirement.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. jollybet employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage), and systematic exploitation of bonus terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, jollybet reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close the Account.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without notice. It is the Player's responsibility to be aware of bonus expiry dates.

7.1 Game Availability. jollybet's game library is subject to change at any time. Games may be added, modified, or removed without prior notice. jollybet does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or game provider.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jollybet Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

12.4 Force Majeure. jollybet shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.
jollybet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jollybet will provide notice to registered users via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the jollybet Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.3.

14.4 Jurisdiction. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
